And He gave you from all you asked of Him. And if you should count the favor of Allah , you could not enumerate them. Indeed, mankind is [generally] most unjust and ungrateful. Al Quran Surah Ibrahim 14-ayat 34

Write a list of blessings that Allah has given us.

Start from the day we are born as a normal child not i.e. not disabled, who breathes well and has all senses working. Add health, sun, air, oxygen, the environment.

Then add in this list the parents who are alive and can provide you milk, food and shelter.

With each year we grow keep adding all our blessings books, toys, education, health and other things each year.
